3H Academy

3H Academy is an association founded by leading finance executives, academics, and business advisors.

As a non-profit organization, 3H Academy is committed to actively fostering dialogue and advancing the most relevant issues affecting in-house and external professionals, business advisors, financial industry experts and practitioners, tax and financial consultants, corporate treasurers, financial controllers, as well as distinguished representatives of Italian and international culture in the fields of the humanities, economics, business, sustainability, and corporate governance.

To fulfil its mission, 3H Academy carries out a wide range of initiatives. It combines its own expertise and resources with the knowledge and support of external experts and collaborators, promoting a multidisciplinary approach to research, education, and professional development.

The present cannot be understood without careful study. At 3H Academy, we explore the financial, tax, economic, and corporate governance issues shaping today's world, combining rigorous research with the insight of those who observe change from the forefront.

Engagement

Dialogue is the foundation of knowledge. 3H Academy creates opportunities for professionals, academics, and experts from diverse disciplines to come together, fostering an environment where meaningful exchange gives rise to new ideas, fresh perspectives, and thought-provoking questions.

Every seminar is a step forward in the journey of knowledge. Conferences, congresses, and events - organized independently or in partnership with other organizations - are the places where 3H Academy’s ideas come to life, engage in dialogue, and connect with the wider world.

Mission

3H Academy was founded on a simple yet profound conviction: technological transformation cannot be fully understood without its human foundations, and those human foundations alone are not enough without the courage to embrace change. The Academy’s name reflects this vision.

Homo - the individual who becomes polytropon: adaptable, multifaceted, and capable of embracing complexity without losing a sense of self.

Humus - the fertile ground of the past, understood not as nostalgia but as a source of strength. Only those with deep roots can truly grow.

Humanitas - the enduring union of intellect and empathy, of knowledge and wisdom, that no algorithm can ever replicate.

A non-profit initiative of Valente Academy - International Study Centre, organized in collaboration with CLE (Centrum Latinitatis Europae) and the Diotima Society, 3H Academy brings together philosophers, legal scholars, economists, and technology experts to explore questions that no single discipline can answer alone.

Our perspective is neither that of those who reject technology nor that of those who embrace it uncritically.

Instead, we seek a third path: a form of humanism that engages with technology without being absorbed by it, weaving together a future in which innovation and humanitas coexist in harmony.
