A Cycle, Not a Series of Events

The 3H Seminars do not unfold as a sequence of disconnected events. They form a continuous intellectual journey.

Each seminar builds on the previous one, revisits an unresolved question, and adds another layer of complexity without seeking to close the circle. The project is intentionally open-ended: it does not provide definitive answers but instead directs thought toward the right questions—those that no technology can formulate on our behalf.

Its starting point is a clear conviction: the transformation we are experiencing is not merely technological. It is anthropological. Artificial intelligence, the metaverse, and digital metadomains are not simply new tools to adopt or fear. They reflect a far deeper shift in the way we know, decide, relate to one another, and create meaning. And like every mirror, they challenge not only those who create them, but also those who choose to look into them.

3H Academy rejects both the Luddite refusal of technology and uncritical enthusiasm for innovation. Instead, it embraces a third path: engaging with technology while remaining rooted in our intellectual traditions. Using Greek philosophy to question the algorithm. Using Roman law to understand what power has become in a world where territory has disappeared. Using literature to preserve the complexity that digital simplification so often threatens to erase.

The Seminars are the living expression of this project. They are neither lectures nor conferences, but conversations among diverse voices—jurists, philosophers, economists, engineers, and scholars of the humanities—approaching the same questions from different perspectives.

Their structure is deliberately open. Each speaker contributes a distinct point of view, while the dialogue with the audience generates direction rather than definitive conclusions.

The cycle began in October 2025 with a question about time—the new forms of existence emerging from the encounter between artificial intelligence and the metaverse, and the notions of time as Aion, Kronos, and Kairos. It then moved to a question of space—digital metadomains, the end of territorial dominium, and the cognitive flows reshaping what it means to know. It continued with creativity—where the boundary lies between human creation and artificial generation, if such a boundary still exists. The journey continues.
